Introduction

Welcome to HR777 (referred to in these Terms as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at hr777.cam. HR777 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed and operated for Pakistani users and others who access the website in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and HR777 regarding your access to and use of the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

HR777 does not hold a Pakistan-issued gambling license and makes no claim of authorisation, approval or regulation by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets or engaging with any feature — you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their content;
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy;
3. You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
4. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and are aware that gambling involves financial risk;
5. You understand that HR777 does not guarantee any particular outcome from gambling activities and that past results are not indicative of future performance.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

4.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly an adults-only service. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not access, register on or use this Platform in any capacity.

HR777 takes underage access seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage and to suspend or terminate any Account where the User is found to be, or is suspected to be, below the minimum required age. Any winnings derived from an Account held by an underage User may be forfeited.

4.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing this Platform and participating in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and potentially other applicable laws. HR777 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or identity details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any associated funds and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.4 No Exclusion Orders

You confirm that you are not subject to any existing self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement or court order that would prohibit your access to online gambling services.

Account Registration

When registering for an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information as required by the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

Your Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with, disclosed to or used by any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify HR777 immediately at [email protected]. HR777 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

HR777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to state specific reasons, provided that any legitimate funds balance is returned to the Account holder through the appropriate withdrawal process.

Account Verification (KYC)

HR777 and its associated Operators are required to operate Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm User identity, verify minimum age compliance, prevent fraud and support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal facilities are made available to your Account:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport;
• Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), where required;
• A selfie or liveness check image alongside your identity document, as required by the verification system;
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable.

You must not alter, crop, filter, modify or in any way falsify identity documents submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and may result in Account termination, forfeiture of all associated funds and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Never transmit sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, social media, live chat or messaging applications.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions conducted through the Platform are subject to the Operator's current payment terms, which may be updated from time to time. HR777 provides payment method information for contextual reference only — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer options such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

7.1 Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the Operator's current terms. Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds originating from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where identified.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and Operator policy. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are disclosed in the Operator's current terms. Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML review may be subject to additional documentation requests and extended processing timelines.

Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 8 for full Bonus Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions and special offers ("Promotions") available through the Platform are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. The following principles apply universally to all Promotions unless a specific Promotion's Terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering or rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires total bets of PKR 1,50,000 before withdrawal eligibility. Illustrative figures only — actual requirements are stated in each Promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, individual bets may be capped (for example at PKR 1,000 per bet or spin). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100% while table games, live dealer titles and certain other game categories may contribute a lower percentage. The applicable contribution table is set out in each Promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotions are time-limited. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not met within the Promotion's validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain Promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Any winnings in excess of this cap may be removed at the point of withdrawal.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Many Promotions require a minimum qualifying deposit (for example PKR 1,000 or more) to be eligible. Deposits below the qualifying threshold will not trigger the associated Promotion.
• One Promotion Per User: Unless otherwise stated, only one active Promotion may be held at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous Promotions through duplicate Accounts or other means will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.

Actual Promotion terms — including wagering multipliers, maximum bet limits, expiry periods, game contributions and maximum cash-out caps — are stated in each individual Promotion's dedicated Terms and Conditions. Users are advised to read Promotion Terms carefully before claiming any offer.

Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its server infrastructure, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform;
• Exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, errors or technical anomalies in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, operate an Account or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Engage in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other form of fraudulent betting activity;
• Use a VPN or other technical means to misrepresent your geographical location for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions;
• Upload, post or transmit any content to the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Conduct or facilitate any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through the Platform.

Any breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of any associated balance, and referral of information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of HR777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform's Content for your personal, non-commercial information purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform's Content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from HR777;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Platform Content;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or accompanying the Platform's Content;
• Frame or link to any page of the Platform in a manner that could suggest association with or endorsement by HR777 without prior written consent.

The HR777 name, logo and all related marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these identifiers is strictly prohibited.

Responsible Gambling

HR777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides information on the following protective tools, which may be available through the Operator's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limits may be reduced immediately but increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration. When the session limit is reached, the session ends automatically and a notification is issued.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further play is suspended until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent closure of your Account if you believe your gambling has become or is becoming problematic. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once initiated.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net profit/loss during the current session.

• Any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill arising in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Content published on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of access to the Platform, however caused;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform — all Content is for informational and entertainment purposes and does not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice;
• Any disputes between the User and any third-party Operator, payment provider or other service referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit HR777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension & Termination

HR777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform and/or your Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any additional policy incorporated by reference;
• HR777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, money laundering or other criminal activity involving your Account;
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• You are found to be below the applicable minimum age;
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed;
• A regulatory requirement or court order necessitates Account suspension or closure.

Upon termination of your Account, HR777 will return any legitimate, unencumbered funds balance through the withdrawal process, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or liabilities that have accrued prior to closure.

Amendments to These Terms

HR777 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, an updated version of the Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

HR777 may also, where reasonably practicable, provide notice of significant changes by email to the address registered on your Account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's licensed jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall, exclude or limit any statutory rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling is subject to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable legislation.
